We’ve spent too long mapping the fire. It’s time to build what comes after.
This is the start of something I’ve been designing quietly and urgently.
For more than 20 years, I’ve led content operations and production strategy across platforms and formats. From PBS documentaries and MTV international events to Fox Sports docuseries and immersive development with Cirque du Soleil, I’ve worked at the intersection of creative ambition and operational execution.
Then I stepped away.
A 20-week recovery from cancer gave me distance from the day-to-day. That silence surfaced harder questions. Not just about how the industry runs, but about how we survive it. How we scale it. How we evolve it.
That’s where 5 Big Futures took shape.
This series is not about critique. It’s about design. Each Monday, I’ll explore one system or structure that entertainment needs to rethink—across production, distribution, creative operations, and greenlighting.
